Our basic pricing packages are on our website (give hyperlink of our price table). Having said that, all our projects unique and are completely bespoke, so it is difficult to give quote a price. We work with companies who have budgets ranging from a few hundred dollars per month to a few thousand. Rather than having a set minimum amount, we are flexible and work within an agreed budget, adjusting our strategies, work volumes and timescales.

We invoice monthly with 15-days payment terms. To start a project, we require a proportion of the payment upfront or for it to be fully covered by the clients; for example, building new websites sites and payment for PPC or social media spent.

While we are contactable 24×7, We always like to keep our clients up-to-date. In the beginning of the campaign, we send weekly reports and when the campaign gets mature, we send monthly reports to our clients. In some cases, we give you direct access to the reports through an online dashboard whereby you can track the progress yourself. Our reports outline performance, as well as work completed and upcoming work.

You are always welcome to visit our offices, or come and spend some time working with us on your project if you need to. Unlike most Digital agencies, we have a full-fledged physical office location. You are welcome to come over, discuss your projects and have formal or informal meetings with us.

Our clients and their requirements are bespoke. There is no definitive answer to this question in general. However, when we discuss your project on the onset, we give your timelines for results. Our objective is to always save time and money for our customers by getting some quick results through low-hanging-fruits solutions and have a clear short and long term strategy with clear timelines.
